About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and manage multiple medium to high-complexity technology projects aligned with strategic objectives.
- Develop program plans, establish deliverables, schedules, and assign responsibilities to ensure timely execution.
- Monitor project progress, assess risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain program health.
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting and cost control, ensuring alignment with forecasts.
- Lead cross-functional coordination meetings to communicate status, risks, and dependencies effectively.
- Build stakeholder consensus through clear, data-driven communication and influence decision-making.
- Support associate development through mentoring, coaching, and fostering a high-performing team environment.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
- Option 2: 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
- Proven expertise in program and project management, including planning, estimation, monitoring, and control of medium to high-complexity technology initiatives.
- Strong financial management skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control aligned to project delivery.
- Exceptional stakeholder communication and influencing abilities to build consensus and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis to inform decision-making and risk mitigation strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership in supervising, mentoring, and developing team members while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
- Solid understanding of organizational strategy and technology landscape to support business priorities and operational success.
