Key responsibilities & impact

Developing business cases and sizing initiatives
Prepare and communicate budgets at regional, market, and club levels, incorporating historical data and business impacts
Collaborate with Operations leadership and Finance teams to finalize budgets and update forecasts throughout the fiscal year
Lead month-end closing activities, reviewing income statements, reconciling balance sheets, and ensuring accuracy of financial reporting
Provide financial analysis and reporting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, supporting operational improvements and strategic planning
Drive process improvements to strengthen financial controls and enhance reporting efficiency
Partner with business leaders to align financial strategies with operational goals and resource requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 5 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or relevant area OR 7 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area
2 years’ supervisory experience
2 years’ experience leading and completing cross-functional projects
Extensive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and profit and loss management within large operational environments
Proven ability to develop and maintain financial forecasting models and perform detailed business case analyses
Strong expertise in month-end closing processes, financial planning, and variance analysis to support operational decision-making
Proficiency in leveraging advanced tools such as Power BI, Essbase, and Excel for data-driven insights and reporting
Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives
Skilled in identifying process improvements and implementing financial controls to enhance operational efficiency
Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to senior leadership and business partners
