Key responsibilities & impact

Build and scale business analytics capabilities that measure performance, identify operational and financial levers, and enable faster, higher-quality decisions.
Partner with Product, Business, Finance, and Technology to define business KPIs, standardize metrics, improve data quality, and deliver insights that drive seller growth.
Analyze marketplace performance across the seller lifecycle (onboarding, fulfillment, availability, customer experience, returns) to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities.
Develop and maintain robust analytics dashboards, AI Agents and reports to track key product and business metrics.
Proactively analyze customer and seller data to identify trends and patterns for growth.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 4 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related in an eCommerce, Marketplace or Supply Chain environment.
Strong SQL (writing complex queries), Product Analytics Tools (MixPanel, Google Analytics, Amplitude etc.)
Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Looker or other data analytics and visualization tools.
7+ years’ experience developing analytics and insights in an eCommerce/Marketplace.
