  • Develop advanced, responsive, and accessible web interfaces that make a large-scale impact and optimize the end-user experience
  • Operate with a start-up mentality, bringing new ideas and inspiring those around you
  • Identify areas of opportunity, determine solution designs, and advise on system and process enhancements
  • Translate requirements into technical solutions leveraging Agile epics and stories
  • Anticipate and manage risks and dependencies for functionality through mindful planning, estimation, and proactive communication
  • Help cross-functional teams solve business problems and develop solutions that redefine a “best-in-class” customer experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in web UI development or software engineering
  • Strong development experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS (or similar frameworks like Angular or Vue), HTML5, and CSS3
  • Hands-on experience with building scalable, performant, and accessible web applications
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-based application architecture
  • Experience with build tools, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git)
  • Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and public cloud platforms (Azure/GCP) is a plus
  • Exposure to AI-powered tools that enhance efficiency in the software development lifecycle
  • Understanding of secure coding practices and compliance with enterprise security standards
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience working in large-scale, distributed teams
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and custom design tokens
  • Experience with analytics, crash reporting, and performance tooling
  • Exposure to enterprise mobile frameworks is a plus.
