About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide the customer care agents with 360°customer/order visibility & integrated set of communication tools.
- Design, development, implementation and documentation for product features.
- Build, test and deploy cutting edge solutions at scale, impacting associates of Walmart worldwide.
- Interact with Walmart engineering teams across geographies.
- Engage with Product Management to drive the agenda, set priorities and deliver products.
- Contributing in both front end as well as back end stack and taking care of requirement from end to end development.
- Work closely with Architects and follow established practices for delivery of solutions meeting QCD (Quality, Cost & Delivery).
Requirements
What you’ll need- B.Tech. / B.E. / M.Tech. / M.S. in Computer Science or relevant discipline.
- 5-10 years of experience in design and development of highly-scalable applications and platform development.
- Strong computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, design patterns.
- Proficiency in object oriented language like Java
- Proficiency in front end technologies like react
- Good knowledge of Cloud Architecture, Microservice CI/CD development environments/tools: Git, Maven, Jenkins.
- Practitioner of Agile (Scrum) methodology.
- Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or related area and 1 year’s experience leading information security or cybersecurity projects is preferred.
