About the role
- Drives account strategy, performance optimization, and relationship management for small-to-mid sized retail partners.
- Supports sales growth, operational efficiency, and partner success through data-driven insights, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and provide guidance or informal mentorship to support team and business outcomes.
- Manage partner relationships, acting as a key point of contact to support long-term growth.
- Analyze performance across sales, profitability, fulfillment, and service to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
- Develop KPIs, action plans, and operational processes to enhance partner performance and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business or related field OR 2 years' experience in business or related area.
- Experience in account management, sales strategy, or retail partnership management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and manage external partner relationships.
- Experience developing and executing business strategies, KPIs, and performance improvement plans.
- Demonstrated ability to support or mentor others without direct authority.
