- Leads strategy, innovation, and analytics to enhance workforce management user experiences.
- Translates complex data into actionable insights, develops advanced tools and models, and drives enterprise alignment across workforce planning initiatives.
- Oversees data governance and analytics execution, ensuring accuracy, usability, and actionable insights across large datasets.
- Manages end-to-end project execution, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Influences stakeholders and drives measurable outcomes through complex data translation into business recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field and 4 years’ experience in data management, business analytics, statistics, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in data analysis, statistics, computer science, or related area.
- Experience building and scaling data models, analytics tools, and reporting infrastructure in complex environments.
- Strong ability to translate data insights into strategic business recommendations and operational improvements.
- Expertise in workforce planning analytics, data mining, and large dataset synthesis.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders across multiple levels.
- Knowledge of data governance, compliance standards, and best practices in analytics execution.
