Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field and 4 years’ experience in data management, business analytics, statistics, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in data analysis, statistics, computer science, or related area.
Experience building and scaling data models, analytics tools, and reporting infrastructure in complex environments.
Strong ability to translate data insights into strategic business recommendations and operational improvements.
Expertise in workforce planning analytics, data mining, and large dataset synthesis.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders across multiple levels.
Knowledge of data governance, compliance standards, and best practices in analytics execution.
