Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead development and improvement of multiple projects and programs ensuring alignment with business initiatives and support segment strategy.
  • Manage resource capacity, prioritization, and assignments to optimize operational effectiveness across the implementation portfolio.
  • Deploy leadership methodologies and operational processes by evaluating performance, identifying improvements, and ensuring sustainable, executable solutions.
  • Analyze business objectives and customer needs to develop and implement strategic plans incorporating cost forecasts and resource requirements.
  • Foster continuous improvement and operational excellence through cross-functional collaboration and effective communication with stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Logistics Supply Chain, Communications, or related field and 5 years’ experience in retail, production, operations management, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in retail, production, operations management, or related area.
  • 2 years’ supervisory experience.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Experience working on cross-functional teams or projects.
