Key responsibilities & impact

Lead development and improvement of multiple projects and programs ensuring alignment with business initiatives and support segment strategy.
Manage resource capacity, prioritization, and assignments to optimize operational effectiveness across the implementation portfolio.
Deploy leadership methodologies and operational processes by evaluating performance, identifying improvements, and ensuring sustainable, executable solutions.
Analyze business objectives and customer needs to develop and implement strategic plans incorporating cost forecasts and resource requirements.
Foster continuous improvement and operational excellence through cross-functional collaboration and effective communication with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain a skilled workforce by supporting talent development, mentorship, and succession planning.
Promote integrity, ethics, and compliance while modeling company values and driving a positive associate and customer experience.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Logistics Supply Chain, Communications, or related field and 5 years’ experience in retail, production, operations management, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in retail, production, operations management, or related area.
2 years’ supervisory experience.
Microsoft Office proficiency.
Experience working on cross-functional teams or projects.
