Key responsibilities & impact

Lead complex analytical initiatives that directly shape how Walmart manages and optimizes its Corporate Real Estate portfolio.
Design and execute a transformative real estate data program strategy that aligns with and supports CRE objectives.
Manage and enhance the data governance framework, ensuring compliance with data standards, policies, and procedures.
Develop advanced data analytics tools and AI-powered models to support strategic decisions related to property transactions and capital investments.
Collaborate with IT and other departments to align the data program with corporate initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
7+ years of experience in business analysis, analytics, or strategy roles, with significant exposure to Corporate Real Estate, facilities, or portfolio management.
4+ years of people leadership experience managing analytical or technical teams.
Deep experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), data modeling, and analytics platforms.
Proven ability to influence senior executives through data-backed insights.
