Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
7+ years of experience in business analysis, analytics, or strategy roles, with significant exposure to Corporate Real Estate, facilities, or portfolio management.
4+ years of people leadership experience managing analytical or technical teams.
Deep experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), data modeling, and analytics platforms.
Proven ability to influence senior executives through data-backed insights.
