Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field and 3 years’ experience in architecture, construction management, engineering, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in architecture, construction management, engineering, or related area.
Extensive experience in real estate portfolio management, including site selection, market analysis, and deal negotiations.
Proven ability to manage construction costs through contract review, change order evaluation, and contractor negotiations.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring, developing teams, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Expertise in developing and executing strategic plans to minimize financial and reputational risks.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with government agencies and internal partners.
Demonstrated ability to drive business results while maintaining high ethical standards and compliance.
