- Analyze and prioritize product requirements to align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to mediate conflicting requirements.
- Lead design of scalable, modular product solutions.
- Guide agile teams in creating detailed user stories and managing product roadmaps.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying enhancement opportunities based on customer feedback.
- Oversee defect management, root cause analysis, and resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in product management, or 7 years’ experience in product management or related area.
- Proven experience in product management with expertise in product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management.
- Strong proficiency in Agile methodology and data-driven decision making.
- Ability to analyze and scope complex requirements, including functional and non-functional aspects.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and mediating conflicting requirements.
- Knowledge of software architecture, scalability, and minimum viable product (MVP) design principles.
- Experience driving continuous improvement processes and leveraging emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence.
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable products.
