About the role
- Lead end-to-end enablement initiatives by translating strategy into executable project plans.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure high-quality delivery at scale.
- Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams and dependencies.
- Monitor progress, risks, and performance metrics; adjust plans to maintain delivery outcomes.
- Lead stakeholder communication, including working sessions, status updates, and decision alignment.
- Establish governance, documentation, and continuous improvement practices to enhance delivery quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area.
- 1 year’s experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Strong project and program management skills, including risk management and stakeholder coordination.
- Familiarity with instructional design, adult learning principles, and enablement frameworks.
- Ability to translate design and strategy requirements into executable, scalable plans.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and using tools such as Articulate, H5P, Canva, or Adobe Suite.
