Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end enablement initiatives by translating strategy into executable project plans.
Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure high-quality delivery at scale.
Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams and dependencies.
Monitor progress, risks, and performance metrics; adjust plans to maintain delivery outcomes.
Lead stakeholder communication, including working sessions, status updates, and decision alignment.
Establish governance, documentation, and continuous improvement practices to enhance delivery quality.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area.
1 year’s experience working in cross-functional teams.
Strong project and program management skills, including risk management and stakeholder coordination.
Familiarity with instructional design, adult learning principles, and enablement frameworks.
Ability to translate design and strategy requirements into executable, scalable plans.
Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and using tools such as Articulate, H5P, Canva, or Adobe Suite.
