About the role
- Partner with Directors and senior leaders to understand business goals, functional priorities, and emerging challenges.
- Translate complex, ambiguous business needs into clear hypotheses, research objectives, and analytical approaches.
- Develop tactical research and analytics plans and guide leaders on next steps based on insights.
- Present clear, actionable recommendations that inform strategic and operational initiatives.
- Own end‑to‑end work streams and individual projects across business areas, categories, prototypes, or new business initiatives.
- Lead analytics work across the full lifecycle—from ideation and proof‑of‑concept to implementation and scale.
- Build data models, algorithms, and analytical approaches that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Ensure rigorous testing, validation, and performance measurement.
- Collaborate closely with Advanced Analytics experts, product, and engineering teams to develop innovative approaches.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 2 years' experience in data analytics or related field OR 4 years' experience in data analytics or related field.
- Certificate in business analytics, data mining, or statistical analysis.
- Masters: Business Administration, Masters: Information Systems, Masters: Statistics.
