Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with Directors and senior leaders to understand business goals, functional priorities, and emerging challenges.
Translate complex, ambiguous business needs into clear hypotheses, research objectives, and analytical approaches.
Develop tactical research and analytics plans and guide leaders on next steps based on insights.
Present clear, actionable recommendations that inform strategic and operational initiatives.
Own end‑to‑end work streams and individual projects across business areas, categories, prototypes, or new business initiatives.
Lead analytics work across the full lifecycle—from ideation and proof‑of‑concept to implementation and scale.
Build data models, algorithms, and analytical approaches that drive measurable business outcomes.
Ensure rigorous testing, validation, and performance measurement.
Collaborate closely with Advanced Analytics experts, product, and engineering teams to develop innovative approaches.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 2 years' experience in data analytics or related field OR 4 years' experience in data analytics or related field.
Certificate in business analytics, data mining, or statistical analysis.
Masters: Business Administration, Masters: Information Systems, Masters: Statistics.
