About the role
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to drive business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyze data to assess current performance, identify gaps, and recommend sustainable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on improvement strategies and secure stakeholder buy-in.
- Lead change management projects, managing expectations and ensuring successful adoption of new processes.
- Monitor program performance against metrics, addressing post-implementation issues proactively.
- Manage global projects by applying industry best practices and adapting processes across regions.
- Provide guidance on policies, controls, and tools to support behavior change and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field and 2 years’ experience in consulting, project management, business strategy, or relevant area OR 4 years’ experience in consulting, project management, business strategy, or related area.
- Proven experience leading process improvement initiatives and managing change across complex business functions.
- Strong ability to analyze data, identify performance gaps, and develop sustainable improvement solutions.
- Expertise in collaborating with cross-functional teams and securing stakeholder alignment and buy-in.
- Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of delivering transformational change from pilot to implementation.
- Ability to communicate effectively with decision-makers and influence organizational strategies.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and company policies to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
