About the role

  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to drive business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Analyze data to assess current performance, identify gaps, and recommend sustainable solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on improvement strategies and secure stakeholder buy-in.
  • Lead change management projects, managing expectations and ensuring successful adoption of new processes.
  • Monitor program performance against metrics, addressing post-implementation issues proactively.
  • Manage global projects by applying industry best practices and adapting processes across regions.
  • Provide guidance on policies, controls, and tools to support behavior change and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field and 2 years’ experience in consulting, project management, business strategy, or relevant area OR 4 years’ experience in consulting, project management, business strategy, or related area.
  • Proven experience leading process improvement initiatives and managing change across complex business functions.
  • Strong ability to analyze data, identify performance gaps, and develop sustainable improvement solutions.
  • Expertise in collaborating with cross-functional teams and securing stakeholder alignment and buy-in.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of delivering transformational change from pilot to implementation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with decision-makers and influence organizational strategies.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and company policies to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
  • Commitment to continuous learning, adaptability, and driving measurable business results.
