About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build industry-defining omni-channel ad platforms at scale.
  • Drive product lifecycle from requirement definitions, research, metrics analysis, technical specifications, development, testing, KPIs and other launch efforts.
  • Work with data science, engineering, and other Walmart partners to define data requirements, measurement methodologies, APIs and UX for reporting dashboards.
  • Conduct industry and competitive analysis to understand emerging trends in advertising.
  • Conduct customer research to define customer segments and identify needs to inform product roadmap.
  • Manage product roadmaps, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks.
  • Define vision and strategies for product family and build business cases.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in product management in advertising/ad tech, data analytics, and/or business intelligence/reporting.
  • Experience in advertising measurement (MMMs, MTAs, Rest-of-Market, Brand Lift, Incrementality, Attribution) strongly preferred.
  • Test and learn mentality and an agile way of working to improve your team’s products.
  • Proven ability to influence others internally and externally.
  • Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., engineering, computer science, data science, mathematics or the equivalent) preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience leading product teams at an Online Advertising / Ad Tech business preferred.
