Requirements
- 12+ years of product management experience, including leadership of leaders in large-scale, complex organizations.
- Proven track record building and scaling enterprise platforms, ideally in HR tech, talent, or marketplace ecosystems.
- Experience delivering AI/ML-powered product capabilities such as personalization, search, or workflow automation.
- Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, and business stakeholders.
- Ability to translate complex problems into simple, intuitive user experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
