About the role
- Lead planning, budgeting, and execution of large-scale technology programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and optimal resource allocation.
- Define program scope, performance baselines, and drive delivery across cross-functional teams including product, engineering, analytics, and operations.
- Own cross-border fulfillment and returns operations, partnering with carriers and logistics providers to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor performance using key metrics (e.g., OTD, cost, defects) and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
- Manage risks and resolve operational challenges across FCs, carriers, and external partners to ensure reliable program execution.
- Work backwards from customer and seller experience to identify gaps and implement scalable solutions across fulfillment and returns.
- Drive readiness and execution for new market launches, ensuring scalable and efficient cross-border operations.
Requirements
- Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
- Option 2: 7 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
- Strong expertise in logistics and supply chain operations, preferably in cross-border eCommerce or international shipping environments.
- Experience managing carrier relationships and logistics service providers, including performance optimization and SLA management.
- Proficiency in leveraging data and metrics to monitor performance and drive operational improvements.
- Ability to translate customer experience insights into actionable solutions across fulfillment and returns.
- Proven ability to operate in highly cross-functional environments, influencing stakeholders across business and technology teams.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills with a track record of delivering measurable business impact.
