- Oversee payroll administration processes ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Manage payroll data, including user data consumption and transactional data connections
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Utilize payroll systems to calculate payroll and maintain payroll records
- Lead team performance through coaching, feedback, and development
- Ensure adherence to data privacy, security, and documentation standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, information technology, or related area OR 2 years' experience in business, human resources, information technology, or related area
- Proven expertise in payroll administration and payroll systems
- Strong knowledge of data management principles
- Experience in analyzing and reporting payroll and operational data
- Ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements
- Proficiency with payroll tax calculations
