About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage vendor relationships by evaluating performance, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with contractual and quality standards

Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate's degree in a Technical related field (e.g., Controls, Electrical) and 4 years experience in Material Handling Industry or related field OR 6 years experience in Material Handling Industry or related field
- Proven expertise in vendor and contract management, ensuring compliance and strong supplier partnerships
- Experience in procurement processes and budget management, with ability to analyze variances and optimize expenditures
- Strong operational excellence mindset, adept at implementing standard procedures and resolving departmental challenges
- Technical acumen in diagnosing and resolving equipment issues, supporting installations, and maintaining reliability standards
- Skilled in data analysis and reporting to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement initiatives
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to engage stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage crisis situations and drive change management with sound planning and execution
