About the role

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in a Technical related field (e.g., Controls, Electrical) and 4 years experience in Material Handling Industry or related field OR 6 years experience in Material Handling Industry or related field
  • Proven expertise in vendor and contract management, ensuring compliance and strong supplier partnerships
  • Experience in procurement processes and budget management, with ability to analyze variances and optimize expenditures
  • Strong operational excellence mindset, adept at implementing standard procedures and resolving departmental challenges
  • Technical acumen in diagnosing and resolving equipment issues, supporting installations, and maintaining reliability standards
  • Skilled in data analysis and reporting to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to engage stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage crisis situations and drive change management with sound planning and execution
