About the role
- Define and execute the pickup experience strategy to reduce defects and improve efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to address top issues and scale improvements.
- Identify friction points and improve workflows and processes.
- Analyze driver feedback, data, and operational metrics to identify trends and prioritize opportunities.
- Drive testing and iteration to validate solutions and scale changes.
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to deliver solutions.
- Share insights and progress with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience in strategy, operations, program management, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with experience deriving insights from large datasets and translating them into action.
- Experience working with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to solve business problems.
- Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
- Experience working with customer or driver data and identifying trends.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and present insights clearly.
- Experience in process improvement and operational excellence.
