About the role
- Lead business development initiatives to grow and expand the tenant leasing portfolio.
- Manage and optimize a portfolio of tenant relationships and business opportunities.
- Negotiate property uses and lease terms to maximize value and minimize risk.
- Ensure compliance with all lease agreements and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to support business unit goals.
- Conduct market analysis and research to inform business strategy and identify emerging trends.
- Promote Walmart’s brand and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Experience in real estate management and business development.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to foster cross-functional partnerships.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong understanding of compliance strategies, risk mitigation, and industry best practices.
- Commitment to company values, ethics, and continuous improvement.
- A Juris Doctorate or degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
