Lead business development initiatives to grow and expand the tenant leasing portfolio.
Manage and optimize a portfolio of tenant relationships and business opportunities.
Negotiate property uses and lease terms to maximize value and minimize risk.
Ensure compliance with all lease agreements and company policies.

Requirements

A Juris Doctorate or degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
