About the role

  • Own and evolve enterprise Analytics platforms
  • Drive platform strategy and enable data-driven decision-making tools
  • Deliver high-impact analytics capabilities for a broad user base
  • Drive development of customer personas and user journeys
  • Define, monitor, and report on key platform KPIs
  • Enhance self-service analytics usability and governance across BI tools
  • Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders
  • Communicate roadmap progress and deliver product updates

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or business field
  • Experience managing the full product lifecycle and large user bases
  • Hands-on expertise with analytics and visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Dataiku)
  • Proficiency in database technologies (SQL/NoSQL) and familiarity with cloud-based analytics tools
  • Strong understanding of data concepts, metrics, KPIs, and data modeling
  • Proven ability to translate complex needs into actionable product requirements
  • Experience working with Agile teams and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with data governance, security, and access control in analytics environments
