About the role
- Oversee all phases of new store development projects.
- Manage the scope, schedule, and budget for each assigned project.
- Navigate local and state entitlement, permitting, and design processes.
- Lead and coordinate a team of external architects, engineers, and professional consultants.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Walmart and external partners.
- Monitor project progress, proactively address risks, and implement solutions to overcome challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 3 years’ experience in architecture, construction management, engineering, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in architecture, construction management, engineering, or related area.
- Managing profit and loss reporting.
- Managing project budgets.
- Project Management.
- Supervisory experience.
- Masters: Business Administration.
