Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee all phases of new store development projects.
  • Manage the scope, schedule, and budget for each assigned project.
  • Navigate local and state entitlement, permitting, and design processes.
  • Lead and coordinate a team of external architects, engineers, and professional consultants.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Walmart and external partners.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively address risks, and implement solutions to overcome challenges.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3 years’ experience in architecture, construction management, engineering, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in architecture, construction management, engineering, or related area.
  • Managing profit and loss reporting.
  • Managing project budgets.
  • Project Management.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Masters: Business Administration.
  • Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification.
