  • Lead the development and execution of strategic plans to strengthen key stakeholder relationships and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, business, marketing and sales, healthcare, or related area and 2 years' experience in business management, marketing and sales, healthcare, omni channel merchandising, or related area.
  • 4 years' experience in business management, marketing and sales, healthcare, omni channel merchandising, or related area.
  • Proven experience in strategic account management with strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to analyze business metrics, data models, and market trends to inform decision-making and drive revenue growth.
  • Expertise in negotiation and communication to influence outcomes and build effective partnerships.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, product assortment, and sales forecasting techniques.
  • Demonstrated leadership in mentoring, coaching, and developing team members to achieve business objectives.
  • Commitment to integrity, ethical standards, and continuous improvement in a dynamic business environment.
