Design and deliver effective learning experiences that align with Supply Chain business needs and drive associate and leader capability.
Own end-to-end learning projects, from needs analysis and design through development, deployment, and measurement.
Ensure learning content is accurate, relevant, and operationally sound by validating processes, tools, and expectations against Supply Chain standards and realities.
Apply strong instructional design principles to create engaging digital, blended, and experiences that work for frontline, field, and leader audiences.
Leverage technology and data to evaluate effectiveness, improve outcomes, and continuously refine learning solutions.
Build scalable, future-ready learning that supports consistency while remaining flexible for evolving operations.
Demonstrate leadership behaviors such as collaboration, innovation, agility, and inclusion—without requiring formal authority.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Education, or related field.
2 years’ experience in adult learning, training content development, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in adult learning, training content development, or related area.
Instructional Design Software.
Leading cross-functional teams.
Master’s degree in Learning and Development, Human Resources, or related field (preferred).
Project Management Certification (preferred).
Project management experience (preferred).
Six Sigma certification (preferred).
