About the role

  • Design and deliver effective learning experiences that align with Supply Chain business needs and drive associate and leader capability.
  • Own end-to-end learning projects, from needs analysis and design through development, deployment, and measurement.
  • Ensure learning content is accurate, relevant, and operationally sound by validating processes, tools, and expectations against Supply Chain standards and realities.
  • Apply strong instructional design principles to create engaging digital, blended, and experiences that work for frontline, field, and leader audiences.
  • Leverage technology and data to evaluate effectiveness, improve outcomes, and continuously refine learning solutions.
  • Build scalable, future-ready learning that supports consistency while remaining flexible for evolving operations.
  • Demonstrate leadership behaviors such as collaboration, innovation, agility, and inclusion—without requiring formal authority.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Education, or related field.
  • 2 years’ experience in adult learning, training content development, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in adult learning, training content development, or related area.
  • Instructional Design Software.
  • Leading cross-functional teams.
  • Master’s degree in Learning and Development, Human Resources, or related field (preferred).
  • Project Management Certification (preferred).
  • Project management experience (preferred).
  • Six Sigma certification (preferred).
