Develop and own product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Analyze product and feature data to derive insights that inform strategic decisions and optimizations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to prioritize backlog and manage product rollouts.
Conduct customer journey mapping and research to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced experiences.
Communicate product vision, strategy, and performance metrics clearly to internal teams and leadership.
Drive product development using Agile methodologies, including MVP creation and iterative enhancements.
Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to inform innovation and competitive positioning.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in product strategy development and roadmap management.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to build alignment and influence decisions.
Proficiency in data-driven decision making, including product and feature analytics.
Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to product innovation.
Ability to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
Experience with product requirements documentation and agile product development methodologies.
Capability to independently manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and optimize product rollouts.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management,
9 years’ experience in product management or related area.
