About the role

  • Drive end-to-end technical recruitment for niche and high-volume roles across multiple technology domains
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce planning and talent needs
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using advanced tools, social platforms, and industry networks
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and future skill requirements
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements throughout the hiring process
  • Provide market intelligence and insights on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor analysis
  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters to enhance team capability and performance

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of proven experience in technical recruitment within IT/Technology domains
  • Expertise in sourcing for complex technical roles (e.g., Cloud, AI/ML, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity)
  • Able to manage stakeholder’s and ability to influence the decisions
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and advanced Boolean search techniques
  • Understanding of technology trends and talent market dynamics
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
