About the role
- Drive end-to-end technical recruitment for niche and high-volume roles across multiple technology domains
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce planning and talent needs
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using advanced tools, social platforms, and industry networks
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and future skill requirements
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements throughout the hiring process
- Provide market intelligence and insights on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor analysis
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters to enhance team capability and performance
Requirements
- 8–10 years of proven experience in technical recruitment within IT/Technology domains
- Expertise in sourcing for complex technical roles (e.g., Cloud, AI/ML, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity)
- Able to manage stakeholder’s and ability to influence the decisions
- Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and advanced Boolean search techniques
- Understanding of technology trends and talent market dynamics
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
