Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
Proven experience managing multiple operational projects with strong organizational and project planning skills.
Ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and develop actionable solutions aligned with business objectives.
Expertise in collaborating cross-functionally to drive process improvements and implement innovative operational strategies.
Strong communication skills to effectively convey project status, timelines, and resource needs to stakeholders.
Demonstrated accountability in delivering results while managing resources and mitigating risks.
Adaptability to evolving business needs and commitment to continuous learning and operational excellence.
