About the role

  • Manage key businesses within one of our largest suppliers.
  • Build and manage relationships with executive clients and senior partner stakeholders.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the client's business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
  • Shape annual joint strategies between Walmart and clients, leading cross-functional teams to drive client success.
  • Plan and achieve annual and incremental growth goals through the presentation of Walmart advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet their marketing objectives.
  • Conduct forward-thinking, data-driven analyses, and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and present high-impact opportunities to customers.
  • Collaborate closely with account management partners, demonstrating strong backend knowledge and the ability to lean in and ensure smooth operations.
  • Travel as required to meet with brand teams, shopper marketing teams, and agencies.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent professional industry experience.
  • Quota-carrying digital sales experience.
  • Expertise in WMC products and/or digital media solutions, especially paid search, programmatic, and CTV.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, organizational as well as presentation skills.
  • A strong ability to propose creative technologies across a landscape of diverse decision-makers and align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes.
  • A strong track record of high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup, sales, and/or online advertising environment.
  • Executive presence and experience developing content for and leading CMO-level meetings.
  • A passion for driving business results for companies.
