Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to support business analytics and reporting needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and translate them into efficient data models and architectures.
Extract, transform, and integrate data from internal and external sources, ensuring data quality and consistency.
Implement and optimize data storage solutions using cloud platforms and big data technologies such as Apache Spark and Kafka.
Analyze complex data flows and system integrations to propose effective solutions and improvements.
Develop, test, and deploy code to automate data processing and support data governance standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and 3 years' experience in software engineering or related field.
5 years’ experience in software engineering or related field.
Master's degree in Computer Science and 1 year’s experience in software engineering or related field.
2 years' experience in data engineering, database engineering, business intelligence, or business analytics.
Extensive experience in data engineering, including data transformation, modeling, and ETL processes.
Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar for code development and testing.
Strong knowledge of big data technologies including Apache Spark and Apache Kafka.
Understanding of data governance, data quality frameworks, and regulatory requirements related to data privacy and security.
Ability to design and implement scalable data models and pipelines within cloud and big data environments.
Experience supporting business analytics through effective data sourcing, integration, and validation techniques.
Demonstrated capability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
