About the role

  • The Manager, Assortment Insights leads the development and validation of category modular assortments and design layouts, aligning strategies with overall category goals.
  • This role oversees modular cluster variations and analyzes data to identify trends and market gaps.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally, the manager drives continuous improvement in departmental and category assortment strategies and alignment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support business objectives and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Marketing, Mathematics, or related field and 6 years’ experience in business, drafting, design, marketing, retail, replenishment, supplier sales, finance, or related area OR 8 years’ experience in retail, replenishment, supplier sales, finance, or related area.
  • 2 years’ supervisory experience.
  • Proven expertise in project management with the ability to lead complex initiatives and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills to develop and validate assortment strategies using data-driven decision making.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally to align modular assortment development with category strategy.
  • Excellent communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders and influence outcomes.
