Key responsibilities & impact

Connect strategy to execution by driving planning, business rhythms, and cross-functional alignment
Lead product planning, prioritization, and operating rhythms for the Global Marketplace Trust Product team
Partner with Product Management leadership to set strategic direction and drive execution
Drive cross-functional alignment and collaboration between product, engineering, design, data science, and partner teams
Design, improve, and operationalize product development and go-to-market processes
Own executive-level communication and reporting for visibility and accountability on product outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management
9 years’ experience in product management or related area preferred
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager preferred
Experience creating inclusive digital experiences
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies
