About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and manage multiple creative projects from inception through completion.
- Develop project scopes, timelines, and milestones ensuring alignment with creative strategy and business objectives.
- Oversee the production lifecycle of various creative assets including video and social content.
- Collaborate across Walmart business units and external partners ensuring alignment across teams.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to maintain project continuity.
- Ensure all creative outputs meet brief requirements, brand standards, and KPIs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Fine Arts, Design, or related field.
- Extensive experience across agency or in-house marketing (project management, account management, editorial management, integrated marketing).
- Previous experience with shopper marketing, account management, and retail or digital media.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work with diverse roles and disciplines.
- Experience using Airtable required (or equivalent project/work tools).
