Provide high-level technical oversight for projects involving multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, and LLM fine-tuning.
Partner with Product, Engineering, UX and Business leaders to translate ambiguous business needs into prioritized scientific workstreams.
Oversee the implementation of scalable deployment patterns for LLM-based services and agentic workflows.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 5 years' experience in an analytics related field.
Masters degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 3 years' experience in an analytics related field.
7 years' experience in an analytics or related field.
Strong foundational knowledge in Generative AI, LLMs, and/or Agentic AI systems.
Understanding of distributed systems, API design, and cloud-native deployment patterns for high-scale AI applications.
Exceptional ability to communicate complex scientific and engineering concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Successful completion of one or more assessments in Python, Spark, Scala, or R.
