About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Investigate end-user issues by gathering device logs and applying prior experience, team knowledge, and industry best practices
- Troubleshoot mobile device issues using documented steps, industry-standard approaches, or self-developed procedures
- Document clearly and consistently by maintaining up-to-date incident notes and Jira cards
- Collaborate across teams, escalating to L3 engineering when appropriate
Requirements
What you’ll need- Willingness to learn and a positive attitude
- Mobile device troubleshooting experience (1 year preferred)
- Experience with: Apple iOS, Android OS, Workspace ONE (MDM)
