Mentor junior associates in data science techniques and best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 3 years' experience in an analytics related field
Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 1 years' experience in an analytics related field
5 years' experience in an analytics or related field
Extensive experience in data science and advanced analytical modeling techniques, including machine learning and statistical methods
Proficiency in Python programming and data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Plotly, or Tableau
Strong knowledge of data source identification, data quality assessment, and database technologies including SQL and NoSQL
Ability to develop, test, deploy, and scale analytical models with a focus on accuracy, robustness, and business impact
Solid understanding of business domains and the capability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
Experience mentoring junior associates and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver actionable insights.
