Coordinate and oversee program activities by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to support business objectives.
Lead cross-functional teams to implement program plans, prioritize critical issues, and ensure timely resolution and delivery of milestones.
Monitor program performance through data analysis, key performance indicators, and return-on-investment assessments to drive continuous improvement.
Provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities for associates, fostering accountability and high performance.
Communicate progress and prepare performance reports for senior leadership, managing expectations and building trust.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and standards while promoting a culture of integrity and respect.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
Experience managing large cross-functional teams and complex projects and programs.
Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with clear structure, ownership, and measurable outcomes.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills; able to influence without authority and build trust across teams.
Ability to prioritize and adapt in fast-moving environments, balancing multiple workstreams with clarity and focus.
Analytical mindset with experience using data, KPIs, and ROI to assess performance, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
High integrity, sound judgment, and commitment to operational rigor, compliance, and ethical standards.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in product operations, release management, product strategy, process improvement, data analytics, or tech start-ups.
Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, PgmP etc.).
Experience bringing a SaaS or data product to market.
