Own the analytical and strategic layer for components of driver search, arrival staggering, and trip matching - serving as the business voice alongside technical partners.
Lead business case development for roadmap investments - quantifying opportunity, sizing tradeoffs, and establishing success criteria.
Apply AI tools as a core part of daily workflow - accelerating analysis, synthesizing signals, and scaling analytical output across the org.
Translate complex model outputs, experiment results, and platform telemetry into clear recommendations for senior leadership.
Lead cross-functional workstreams - align engineers, scientists, and operators around a shared plan and hold the work accountable to outcomes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, product or business operations in a technology-driven organization.
Demonstrated fluency with AI tools - you use them daily, you know their limits, and you build workflows around them.
Strong quantitative skills and statistical understanding: writes SQL, builds analytical models, and derives original insights from raw data.
Clear, structured communicator - able to compress complex analysis into an exec-ready narrative without losing precision.
Track record of making and defending business recommendations under ambiguity.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams or workstreams and drive outcomes through influence and clarity of direction.
