Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business or related area and 8 years’ experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business development, or related area OR 10 years’ experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business development, or related area.
Extensive experience in corporate strategy or consulting.
Proven track record of leading enterprise-level strategy and portfolio management, translating strategy into outcomes.
Strong executive presence.
Deep expertise in strategic planning, prioritization, and performance management.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and align business units.
Experience identifying risks and opportunities and embedding data-driven decision-making into business processes.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling narratives that influence senior leaders and drive alignment on complex strategic decisions.
Ability to operate with ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Strong people leadership skills with a track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
