About the role

  • Leads a team and cross functional projects that impact multiple geographies.
  • Collaborate across Global Governance, Technology, Operations, and other global stakeholders solving for process issues, spotting trends, and handling sensitive matters that may present risk to the company.
  • Anticipate and resolve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business.
  • Partner with the Data/Tech team to solve technical issues and leverage artificial intelligence and other technology to increase quality and efficiency.
  • Drive results across multiple functions or large geographic areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 5 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area.
  • 3 years’ supervisory experience.
  • 4 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
