About the role

  • Own the product execution and R&D roadmap for Smart Packaging capabilities to deliver near‑real‑time visibility, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Partner with engineering, data science, and infrastructure teams to design scalable, reliable solutions.
  • Drive alignment across Supply Chain, Stores, and eCommerce.
  • Manage external technology partnerships as needed, shaping product requirements and roadmaps.
  • Communicate with senior leadership translating technical progress into business impact and long‑term platform strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years’ experience in product management, OR 11 years’ experience in product management or related area.
  • Proven expertise in product strategy development and execution, including roadmap creation and MVP delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and secure alignment.
  • Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions using product and feature analytics to inform strategy.
  • Familiarity with emerging technology trends and domain-specific best practices.
