About the role
- Serve as a trusted finance partner to senior technology leaders (e.g., SVPs and business unit heads).
- Provide insights and financial recommendations to support growth, innovation, and investment prioritization.
- Estimate costs and ROI of new technology, evaluating financial trade-offs for features, projects, and tools.
- Identify risks/opportunities and present forward-looking views to drive data-informed decisions.
- Translate financial insights into actionable narratives for stakeholders across Technology, Enterprise Finance, Product, People, and other functions.
- Identify and implement process improvements to make planning and analysis more efficient and insightful.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 7+ years of experience.
- Experience supporting senior leadership with decision-making and influencing outcomes.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and driving measurable business impact.
- Advanced organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Deep interest in AI, platform thinking, and enabling innovation at scale.
