About the role
- Act as the localization subject matter expert, advising teams on best practices for creating, managing, and optimizing multilingual content.
- Maintain regular communication with cross-functional partners—including weekly check ins—to ensure progress toward project goals and deadlines.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance content quality, and improve consistency across languages and channels.
- Build and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) and promote localization excellence across the organization.
- Apply a solution-oriented mindset to address stakeholder needs, resolve issues proactively, and manage escalations effectively.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience creating and managing multilingual content across channels.
- 3+ years of hands on localization project management experience.
- Professional fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast paced environments and adapt to shifting demands.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and comfort working with minimal supervision.
- A high level of curiosity and a desire to grow in a dynamic, rapidly evolving space.
