About the role

  • Deliver advanced support for enterprise security services by troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving complex issues.
  • Optimize processes to drive vulnerability remediation.
  • Design and implement security solutions and lead problem-solving efforts to accelerate risk reduction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain secure systems, ensuring performance, availability, and reliability.
  • Analyze systems and business processes to design and implement security solutions aligned with customer requirements.
  • Lead and participate in problem resolution meetings, coordinating root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Develop, test, and debug complex programs and scripts following established system development life cycle processes.
  • Monitor system performance, alerts, and vulnerabilities, implementing improvements to enhance security and reliability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver technical documentation, presentations, and status updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 3 years' experience in information technology within the past 7 years OR 5 years' experience in information technology or related field within the past 7 years OR a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven expertise in software engineering with a focus on information security and vulnerability management.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and automation tools to develop and maintain secure systems.
  • Experience with cloud security, particularly Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Skilled in vulnerability assessments, and root cause corrective actions.
  • Familiarity with big data analytics, visualization tools such as PowerBi and project management tools such as JIRA.
  • Demonstrated commitment to compliance, ethical standards, and collaborative teamwork.
  • Strong communication skills.
