Lead end-to-end response for cybersecurity incidents across the enterprise.
Perform hands-on investigation, containment, eradication, and recovery actions.
Coordinate cross-functional response efforts with technical and business stakeholders.
Conduct root cause analysis and document findings.
Preserve and analyze forensic evidence to support investigations.
Drive remediation efforts to reduce risk and prevent recurrence.
Contribute to incident procedures and continuous response improvement.

Requirements

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or related area and 3 years’ experience in incident response or related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company.
Option 2: 5 years’ experience in incident response or related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company.
Proven experience in cybersecurity incident response or digital forensics.
Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, cloud, and network security.
Ability to analyze complex security events and drive containment and remediation.
Experience working in high-pressure, 24/7 operational environments.
Clear communication skills and ability to brief technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborative mindset with cross-functional partners across global teams.
Continuous learning mentality and passion for defending against evolving threats.
