Serve as the first‑line intake point for inbound regulatory communications (e.g., CPSC, federal/state agencies, industry partners).
Log, track, and route regulatory contacts to appropriate internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses.
Manage shared team inboxes dedicated to regulatory and compliance inquiries.
Monitor, sort, prioritize, and respond to incoming communications according to internal SLAs.
Review and assess newly submitted tickets (regulatory, compliance, case management) to ensure proper categorization.
Partner with internal teams such as Legal, Product Safety, Customer Care, and Item Compliance to support response accuracy and alignment.

Requirements
