About the role
- Manage execution of assigned projects or work streams, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues and adherence to project milestones.
- Monitor project progress, track expenditures and budgets, and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support project planning, implementation, and communication.
- Identify project requirements, propose solutions, and capitalize on improvement opportunities to enhance outcomes.
- Develop and deliver performance reports and informational presentations to keep stakeholders informed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area.
- Proven experience in project management, including planning, implementation, and monitoring of project milestones and deliverables.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain effective partnerships.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly and engage various audiences.
- Ability to identify root causes of project issues and propose practical solutions to ensure successful outcomes.
- Demonstrated capability to manage budgets, track expenditures, and escalate critical issues appropriately.
- Commitment to upholding company policies, ethics, and integrity in all project activities.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and organizational demands while maintaining focus on results.
