Lead the development of visually compelling dashboards and reports that communicate IP and Brand Portal trends to Compliance executive audiences.
Translate complex IP datasets into intuitive visuals and narratives that surface key insights, risks, and emerging patterns.
Identify priority areas, trends, and signals to monitor across global IP programs, and design reporting frameworks to track performance and risk.
Own global IP analytics and reporting, identifying trends across infringement types, enforcement activity and operational performance.
Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Product teams to ensure insights are relevant and aligned to strategic priorities.
Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover non-obvious insights and inform decision-making.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area.
2 years’ supervisory experience.
3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or insights roles with a strong emphasis on data visualization and storytelling.
Trust & Safety, compliance, risk, or IP-related experience preferred.
Operational experience (e.g., working with enforcement workflows, case management, or program performance metrics) preferred.
Proven ability to design engaging dashboards and presentations for cross-functional audiences.
Strong proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and best practices in visual design.
Experience turning complex or ambiguous data into clear narratives and recommendations.
