About the role
- Drive execution of multiple procurement plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to optimize performance.
- Lead and develop procurement associates through coaching, mentoring, and performance management to build a high-performing team.
- Develop and implement category strategies, identifying savings opportunities and managing supplier relationships to reduce risks and costs.
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support sourcing decisions and total cost of ownership evaluations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to solve complex procurement challenges and influence business partners.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and contract management practices.
- Promote continuous improvement by leveraging data analytics and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, economics, technology, or related field and 5 years' experience in procurement strategy, contract management, analytics, or related field.
- 6 years’ experience in procurement strategy, contract management, analytics, or related field and 2 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams/projects.
- Certified Purchasing Manager or related purchasing manager certification.
- Experience with cross-functional teams.
- Master's degree in business or related field.
- Supervisory experience.
