About the role
- Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business goals to optimize category management and supplier performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support sourcing and contract management activities.
- Analyze financial and business data to identify savings opportunities and mitigate risks within supply chains.
- Lead negotiations and contract reviews ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance using key metrics and implement improvement plans to enhance service levels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify innovative procurement solutions and drive continuous process improvements.
Requirements
- Option 1: Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, economics, technology, or related field and 2 years' experience in procurement strategy, contract management, analytics, or related field.
- Option 2: 4 years’ experience in procurement strategy, contract management, analytics, or related field.
- Proven expertise in vendor relationship management and category strategy development.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze data and support business plans.
- Effective negotiation skills to facilitate contract discussions and risk mitigation.
- Experience in supplier performance monitoring and implementation of improvement strategies.
- Ability to build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders to meet business needs.
- Proficient problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Demonstrated leadership in guiding teams and supporting ethical business practices.
